Great dark chocolate treats and gift.Ordered on line this time as there wasn't a stall at the Harrogate Christmas Fair this year, I'm sure they were missed by a lot of fair goers.I fully expect the treats bought will be of the usual high quality and standard.

Everything went smoothly. The descriptionof the products and prices are very clear. Delivery was prompt and punctual. However, I wanted to choose a later date for delivery but couldn't find that function. Perhaps it is there but I didn't see it. Highly recommended.

Found a stall at a christmas fayre selling goods from Walnut Tree, the fact that i kept sneaking back for the samples says something, everything i tried were delicious, so i got a box of chocolate covered alonds for myself ,went home and ordered 3 gift sets for family and friends , which arrived today, the packaging is lovely and exceptional quality, I highly reccomend .

Update 15:50 … Walnut Tree state delivered. It has not been. Courier update now added also.Still won’t answer my calls!Walnut Tree Gifts I did not wish to do this but after nearly 2 weeks and no resolution, I feel I must. I bought x2 lots of mixed chocolate brazils. They became mouldy within a week (never even opened them). I called you and spoke with Nick on Monday 10th November who promised to post 2 more packs. I had not received these so contacted on the Friday of that week to chase and was informed they would be delivered the next day. I did not receive these and chased again on the Sunday 16th November. I was promised an update by Monday morning 17th. I was advised the courier could not find my address so asked that I be able to collect from a local store. I was awaiting collection code and chased Walnut Tree on Tuesday 18th…message read with no reply. I called on Wednesday 19th and was promised a callback that day….no call received. Now completely ignoring my messages. I even rang the courier myself today to no avail. It is not about the chocolates now (these were for a present but had to buy something else), it is more the principle of it. Shocking customer service from an independent retailer. Sad.
