Retail Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within two days of receiving the goods, we will give a full refund, provided the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Alternatively, we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within two days of the customers receiving the product. All products to be returned must be sealed in their original packing.

Retail Delivery Information
Shipping is normally within 1-3 working days from receipt of order. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis.

A tracked delivery service is the standard shipping method on all despatched parcels. Whilst we endeavour to ship orders to arrive on the requested delivery date we cannot guarantee the service provided by our shipping partners.

Retail Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and include VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
