All our gifts are hand wrapped in a complimentary gift bag and on request, a complimentary message gift card can be included.
We offer the option of adding a gift message to any order you place. You can add your message on the Shopping Cart page, which can be accessed via the link in the bar at the top of any page. If you are already at the checkout, simply write your message in the box under your items, and we’ll take care of the rest. Alternatively, you can email your message to nick@walnut.gifts together with your order number.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery of your order, within the UK.
Each item is delivered in a complimentary gift bag. Where possible we use recycled boxes and packaging materials. Every order is packed with the utmost care. You can find out more about our shipping on our Delivery Information page.
You can view this information on the products pages. Please note that not all vegan products will be suitable for dairy allergy sufferers as they may contain traces of milk
All products are packed in an environment that handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame … for more information please email us.
You can access your order history and other information stored on your account in the Account Details section. To access this, please log in and click on your name on the right-hand side of the top bar. Due to technical changes and for security reasons, order histories will be deleted regularly.
