Efficient and fast customer service when required. Excellent chocolate fruit and nut based edibles, especially the chocolate coated orange slices, marron glacé, pâte de fruit, in fact all I have tasted. Packaging is exorbitantly classy (reusable red bags) like all else in this company.

We try and buy Walnut Tree products every Christmas to put out for all the family to enjoy. Over the years we have tried many different items but our favourites are still the dried fruit and caramelised nut selections, both of which are excellent quality and variety. We have now started buying them at other times of the year as we all enjoy them. Always arrive promptly and very well presented.

I bought the orange dipped chocolate slices for Xmas, and now I’m hooked The orange slices are not dry and the chocolate is very good. If you like dried fruit I would say give them a try

It’s not often I leave reviews for a company but I thought the service here was outstanding and merited my doing so. The products are delicious and very well packaged. Ordered a selection of them and asked if they could be packaged together. What arrived was a beautiful box with loads of red tissue paper and all the products within – a perfectly presented gift. No extra charge for that and all done with quick delivery the week before Christmas. Thank you.

The chocolate Gingers are excellent. Dried fruits selection box bought for Christmas present is attractively packaged. Delivery by Yodel was poor – large box left on the front doorstep in the rain, in full view. The driver did not ring the door bell or knock. The “delivered” e-mail stated “package left in front porch” – there is no porch.

Living in Switzerland I have not, yet, treated myself to WT goods but every year I send Walnut Tree gifts to my family in the Uk and they are absolutely delighted with them – their careful packing and delicious food are always welcomed. WT staff are also helpful and ready to advise while the site enables clients to avoid any allergy problems. Superb service and gourmet goods!

I tried to order these dates from Fenwicks but the order was cancelled as they were out of stock. I was pleased to find I could purchase these direct from Walnut Tree. The website was easy to use and the package arrived quickly. They were also nicely packaged in their own little gift bags. If they taste as nice as they look I will definitely be purchasing again.
