Whole premium large apricots from the orchards in Turkey. They are pitted apricots from the prunus armeniaca treaa. Sun dried in the Malatya province in eastern Anatolia. Often called the apricot capital of the world.
They are fresh, sweet and a slight tang. Their texture is pliable and fleshy with a skin that’s shades of orange to yellow in colour.
