Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our gifts are hand wrapped in a free gift bag and on request, a free message gift card can be included.
How do I add a gift message to my order?
We offer the option of adding a free gift message to any order you place. You can add your message on the Shopping Cart page, which can be accessed via the link in the bar at the top of any page. If you are already at the checkout, simply write your message in the box under your items, and we’ll take care of the rest. Alternatively, you can email your message to nick@walnut.gifts together with your order number.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Please allow 5 working days for delivery of your order, within the UK.
How will my products be shipped?
Each item is delivered in a free gift bag. Where possible we use recycled boxes and packaging materials. Every order is packed with the utmost care. You can find out more about our shipping on our Delivery Information page.
Which of your products are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, halal and kosher diets?
You can view this information on the products pages. Please note that not all vegan products will be suitable for dairy allergy sufferers as they may contain traces of milk.
Which of your products are suitable for nut allergy sufferers?
All products are packed in an environment that handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame … for more information please email us.
How do I find my order history?
You can access your order history and other information stored on your account in the Account Details section. To access this, please log in and click on your name on the right-hand side of the top bar. Due to technical changes and for security reasons, order histories will be deleted regularly.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online with Visa or Mastercard. We also accept credit cards for phone orders.
